In Halcyon 6 grow The Crew into Officers. Each Officer has Special Abilities which will help you gain an advantage over the other Alien Factions. Also based on Officers Traits and other skills, the game produces Story Events which will lead to combat, bonuses/negatives and officer Attributes changes the effect drastically for any number of crazy in-game scenarios.
With the Alien Officer System, allied alien factions will send you a high ranking officer to act as liason! That officer's presence will, in theory, help strengthen the bond between humanity and their race through mutual dependence and understanding. In theory. Practically speaking, these alien officers will be able to do everything that Human officers can, but they’ll have crazy, unique race-specific skills and traits! And we’ll be putting together tons of new alien officer-specific events for each alien race type.
