Artifacts are ancient devices of Precursor design, stolen from Halcyon 6 countless years before the New Terran Federation claimed the station. Originally part of the station's core systems, they apply passive buffs to the entire empire that owns Halcyon 6 (In this scenario, the New Terran Federation). 8, at least, are known to exist, and their acquisition will be one of the ultimate deciding factors in the war against the Chruul.

- The Amaranthine Coil: One of the original artifacts recovered from around Halcyon 6, this artifact was lost during the Xlar wars, passing eventually into the hands of the Xlar-Yanthu government, who gave it to the Station Commander of Halcyon 6 near the end of The Chruul War. Grants +10% damage and +10% Hull/Health to all ships/officers.
- The Shimmering Hyoid: Somehow, this artifact came into the posession of the governor of Draconis Prime, who then traded it to the Yabbling Merchant Guild to pay her extensive gambling debts. After spending many decades as a decoration in the Yabbling Swamp Palace, it was given to the Station Commander of Halcyon 6 near the end of The Chruul War. Increases the travel speed of all fleets by 50%.
- The Bipyramidal Cell: This was once the core reactor of Halcyon 6, and its long absence may explain the Station's need for support reactors. It was recovered by The Collective during the Galactic Expansion wars over 100 years ago, and given to the Station Commander of Halcyon 6 near the end of The Chruul War. Boosts the station power of Halcyon 6 by 150.
- The Geodesic Amplifier: The Korzan refuse to explain how they acquired this artifact, but they gave it to the Station Commander of Halcyon 6 near the end of The Chruul War. It's clearly meant to be a part of Halcyon 6, functioning as a sort of central nervous system for the station. Grants +20% resistance against combat status effects.
- The Prometheus Artifact: This artifact was recovered from the wreckage resembling Halcyon 6 at Precursor Graveyard Prometheus. Its exact specifications are unclear, but it was used to augment Halcyon 6's beam weapon to destroy the Chruul Mothership.
- The Menoetius Artifact: This artifact was recovered from the wreckage resembling Halcyon 6 at Precursor Graveyard Menoetius. Its exact specifications are unclear, but it was used to augment Halcyon 6's beam weapon to destroy the Chruul Mothership.
- The Atlas Artifact: This artifact was recovered from the wreckage resembling Halcyon 6 at Precursor Graveyard Atlas. Its exact specifications are unclear, but it was used to augment Halcyon 6's beam weapon to destroy the Chruul Mothership.
- The Epimetheus Artifact: This artifact was recovered from the wreckage resembling Halcyon 6 at Precursor Graveyard Epimetheus. Its exact specifications are unclear, but it was used to augment Halcyon 6's beam weapon to destroy the Chruul Mothership.
